Baskets brimming at Market Day

27 March 2017

Residents and locals turned out in full force to pick up some special treats, chat with service providers, or simply soak up the marketplace atmosphere at The Village Yeronga Market Day today. From clothing to jewellery, homewares to plants, books and bric-a-brac and some special offerings by our very own craft group, shopping baskets were brimming with handmade and high quality goods from the 20+ stalls.

A picture tells a thousand words, so we will let you be the judge …

Delightful handmade clothing for babies and children by Threads for Mary

An irresistible addition to any Easter celebration made by one of our very own residents. Looks too good to eat!

No need to go to the shopping centre when Michelle K Boutique and Gifts brings a large wardrobe selection right to your door.

Paulini’s Jewellery had a fine selection of jewels on offer

Our very own and very talented Village Yeronga craft group!

Plenty of greenery on offer from Oxley Nursery

Inspirational homeware by Lorraine Lee Linen

There was even a chance to pick up some Tupperware.

Thanks to our many stallholders who participated and who kindly donated part of their proceeds to Hummingbird House, The Village Yeronga’s charity of choice.
